Bilt is a loyalty program that lets you earn points on rent. Earn points when living in the Bilt Rewards Alliance or when paying with the Bilt Mastercard®. Use the Bilt Rewards app to pay your rent and earn Bilt Points, redeem points, manage your Bilt Mastercard, and more.

Redeeming your points
· Transfer your Bilt Points 1:1 to over 100+ partner airlines and hotels
· Use your Bilt Points towards next month’s rent or a downpayment on a future home
· Book fitness classes
· Redeem for art, home decor, and more

The Bilt Mastercard
· 1X points on rent without the transaction fee (up to 100,000 points per calendar year)
· 2X points on travel
· 3X points on dining
& 1X points on other purchases

Use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points.
