Description
Aila Health
Aila Health helps chronic illness patients track and manage all of their conditions in one place. The HIPAA compliant app integrates and stores all of your health information, tracks your health progress, delivers personalized health information and wellness recommendations based on your unique lifestyle, and enables you to communicate with other patients in the Aila community.
At Aila Health, we believe that every patient deserves holistic care that is personalized to his or her own unique journey. The app learns about you every time you log your daily updates to provide data-driven insights about your health. You can share these with your care team to develop a care plan that is personalized to your health history, environment, genetics, and personal preferences.
The Aila Health App allows you to:
● Connect with a community of patients like you.
● Track your unique list of symptoms and capture notes each day.
● See how things like your mood, stress, joint pain, rashes, brain fog, fatigue, mobility, and inflammation levels change over time
● Keep a weather, food and digestion diary to see what triggers your symptoms
● Integrate your health history, physical activity, heart rate, weight, and sleep data
● Add your care team so you can keep all of your important health information in one place
If you are interested in working with a dedicated functional health coach, you can also request that within the app and get personalized support to help you reach your health goals. You will get education and coaching on how to improve your gut health, sleep, nutrition, and mental health to improve your overall wellbeing.
